Review of Burrow Sofa. I ordered a Burrow couch, and it was short 5 thumbscrews, which are necessary to put the legs on (and use) the couch. I contacted Burrow on Saturday (10/20). They told me they could not expedite the shipping for the five thumbscrews. Burrow furniture sucks. Worst furniture purchase of my life. We got fooled by the social media fake reviews and the promise of dog friendly fabrics. Well the dogs have not scratched the furniture at all because they prefer to lay on the floor than on the Burrow couch and love seat we have. The Burrow cushions are thin and rock hard.
